Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full. Please upload your DOCTOR PRESCRIPTION via email with your order number after checkout. FREE SHIPPING is provided for orders over AUD150 (including all applicable promotional discounts) or AUD15 for order below AUD150. If any ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email/phone. Refund or credit will be generated against your account.

All orders will be packed and shipped the next day and sent to you via special delivery, and will be delivered to your destination in 1-5 days after arrival in Australia when customs clearance is complete.

All orders required a physical address and must be received by the intended recipient who placed the order. Courier Drivers reserved the rights to verify that the recipient of our products is over 18 years of age.
